Cornell Key has been in the fitness industryfor over 9 years now. Key has personally trained over 1100 clients as well as 800 highschool & collegiate athletes. A former Monmouth University football standout, Key earned Division I-AA All-American Mid-Major honors in 2000. Key was named 1st Team All Northeast Conference on 3 separate occasions and tabbed All-ECAC honors as a senior for the Hawks.
Owner & founder of Key 2 Sports Training, Cornell works to help athletes develop the qualities necessary to dominate on the field, court, mat & ice. Key & his staff currently train athletes from over 15 different sports beginning ranging from age 8 to professional. Key 2 Sports Training specializes in strength training speed development and tactical sport mechanics, creating powerful & efficient athletes.
