Cornell Key has been in the fitness industry for over 7 years now. Key has personally trained over 700 clients as well as 300 high school & collegiate athletes. A former Monmouth University standout, Key earned Division I-AA All-American Mid-Major honors in 2000. Key was named 1st Team All Northeast Conference on 3 separate occasions and tabbed All-ECAC honors as a senior for the Hawks. Along with Cornell's on the field experience, he also brings a passion to helping people of all ages achieve their goals on the field and in the fitness arena. Certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Key brings his expertise in program development and functional efficiency together to create a smarter and more proficient lifestyle for everyone to enjoy. Key has trained people of all ages and abilities from middle aged "weekend warriors" to all-american athletes.
