Personal training - One on one training has produced great results for Key 2 clients. We help develop specialized programs geared towards re-educating you about your body and helping you achieve the optimal you! All of our clients are put through needs analysis where we decide the direction of your program. Then we embark on the journey along with you because we realize that it takes a great team to achieve your best!
Athlete training - Athletes are very complex people these days. Long gone are the days of the "off-season", now a days there are leagues, camps, tournaments, travel teams, meetings, extended school hours, etc. Not to worry. Our programs are all about building the optimal athlete. Along with muscle re-education, we stress the importance of a well balanced training regiment. Our methodology consists of proper resistance training, optimal mobility, speed development, speed mechanics, proper nutrition and rest. We believe in training each phase of the continuum. Our athletes have enjoyed a great deal of success with this approach.
Speed Development - Simply put, this is the ground work for building speed. Many athletes work mechanics prior to working on the foundation behind what actually makes one fast! To be fast you need horse power! We build up the proper muscles strength and mobility necessary to take your speed to new levels.
Speed & Agility - Once the foundation for speed has been addressed we realize that your actual mechanics can take your game to the top. We actually show you the tactical elements necessary to move more efficiently on the playing field.
Team training - We train small teams between 6-10 athletes. If you are sick and tired of being jammed into a weight room with 30 other athletes who are all using the same 3 machines, give our facility a try. We make it fun, convenient and challenging for every team member. Most of all, you're training program can be completely monitored for effectiveness and accountability.
Boot Camp classes - We utilize the spacious 80 acre facility to push you to new levels of fitness with our "boot camp" style classes. No, we're not going to dress you up like some fake soldier. We respect our U.S. Military too much for that. We WILL however help you reach new strength levels through a cutting edge approach. We are also offering nutritional counseling with our boot camp service. We are more interested in what you do in the hours you aren't with us!
Strongman training - This style of training has been around for many years now. Few would disagree that strongman training will yield MAXIMAL STRENGTH results. We will modify our approach to meet your needs and help you get strong! These session are intense and great for training variety. Stay tuned.
Post rehab therapy - We'll do a complete follow up with your physical therapist and doctor to get you back to 100%.
Nutritional counseling - Along with our wide array of services we'll offer nutritional help and assistance for anyone looking to maximize their fitness. We will then reffer you to our World Renown nutritionist partners for follow ups and additional programming. |
